The order of finish in Friday's first race was not changed after an inquiry into the stretch run between Brickyard Ride ($11.20) and 7-2 Govenor Cinch.

Brickyard Ride led through the stretch while racing two-wide under Jorge Velez. Govenor Cinch, ridden by Ruben Fuentes, ran along the inside. With a little more than a sixteenth of a mile remaining, Fuentes checked Govenor Cinch, who recovered to finish second by a nose.

The stewards ruled not to change the order of finish in a majority decision, they said.
