A warmer day than yesterday, when there was a brisk south-west wind. Rain is in the forecast for the latter part of the afternoon, and there's a fairly strong west wind. 

A six-horse field for the featured third, the $100K La Prevoyante Stakes, a route for Ontario-sired 3yo fillies. Off a fast (84 Beyer) OS allowance score, Sav is 8-5 favorite in her first race around two turns. By speed sire Big Screen, she's a half-sister to Cooler Mike, a multiple turf stakes winner going long.

Golden Vision, fresh off a second to Sav, should be along for a high placing if Miss Ariel and Ciuri hook up in a speed duel. The latter held off Sav to win the seven-furlong Lady Angela Stakes in late June.

The JP6 carryover is $3K, and the JH5 c/o for the 10th and final race is a whopping $190K.
