Jolie Olimpica stalked pacesetter Kentan Road to the final furlong before pulling away to beat that rival by 1 1-4 lengths.

Jolie Olimpica is unbeaten in four starts, having won three races in Brazil.

The previous record of 1:01.49 was held by Torosay from a race on Nov. 3. The track began running 5 1-2 furlongs in September.
