Mucho Gusto gets 107 Beyer; he and Higher Power heading back to CA

Mucho Gusto, winner of the Pegasus World Cup Dirt on Saturday, and Higher Power, who finished last as the favorite, both were on a horse van by 7:30 this morning at Gulfstream Park, en route to the airport for a flight back to California.

Mucho Gusto is scheduled to go to the Saudi Cup next month. Plans for Higher Power are undetermined at the moment, but at least he looked just fine walking from his stall to the van.

Steve Andersen will be visiting with Bob Baffert and John Sadler later this morning at Santa Anita for updates. Both trainers were not at Gulfstream on Saturday.

Mucho Gusto got a Beyer Speed Figure of 107, a career-best.
