Jockey David Cohen, who has wintered at Oaklawn, is headed next to Churchill Downs and will be represented there by agent Terry "Jaws" Miller, according to Bill Castle, who has represented Cohen at Oaklawn. 

Castle said he will resume representing Cohen when the rider heads to Saratoga.
