Evangeline Downs in Opelousas, La., has canceled live racing for Wednesday night and Thursday night, according to a notice from the track. The meet closes Saturday night. The track also canceled all workdouts Wednesday and Thursday. 

Evangeline Downs is the sister track of Delta Downs, which has called for a mandatory evacuation of its property because of Hurricane Laura.
