Delta Downs in Vinton, La., on Monday announced racing could resume in late November as it continues repairing damage caused by Hurricane Laura. The track's meet was postponed indefinitey after the storm. The meet was to have run from Oct. 6-Feb. 27, and the release stated Delta may seek approval from the Louisiana Racing Commission to race beyond Feb. 27. The track expects to be able to receive horses in late October.
