Zia Park in Hobbs, N.M., is scheduled to resume racing Wednesday, according to a press release from the track. Zia had been forced to suspend racing for two weeks due to a statewide shutdown in New Mexico. The move was made in response to the coronavirus pandemic.

Zia also will be racing Thursday this week, then on a Monday through Wednesday schedule through Dec. 23.
