Jackie's Warrior was one of three notable Steve Asmussen trainees arriving on the Oaklawn Park backstretch Tuesday for upcoming stakes engagements this weekend in Hot Springs, Ark. The horses traveled in from Fair Grounds in New Orleans and arrived on an afternoon in the 70s. 

Jackie's Warrior, a multiple Grade 1 winner who was an Eclipse Award finalist in 2020, is scheduled to launch his season in the Southwest Stakes on Saturday. Finite, a Grade 2 winner of more than $775,000, is here for the Bayakoa on Sunday, said Asmussen. Silver Prospector, the winner of last year's Southwest, on Tuesday was entered in the Razorback Handicap.
