Ruidoso Downs will put on 10 trial races for the Grade 1 Ruidoso Derby on Sunday. The trials will be run at 400 yards, and each race has a purse of $8,000. Here's a look at some of the key horses running on what is the first Sunday card of the meet in New Mexico: 

Race 1 - Dulce Sin Tacha makes his first start since winning the Grade 1 Texas Classic Futurity in November at Lone Star Park; he is 5-for-6

Race 2 - Shott Gun won last year's Grade 1 Heritage Place Futurity at Remington Park 

Race 3 - For the Irony is a multiple stakes winner who puts a 6-for-6 career record on the line

Race 4- Cyber Monday is the winner of last year's Grade 1 Ruidoso Futurity 

Race 6 - Jettz was fourth in last year's All American Futurity at Ruidoso 

Race 8 - Empressum won the recent Remington Park Oklahoma-bred Derby 

Race 9 - Mister Illusion was the runner-up in last year's Grade 1 Rainbow Futurity at Ruidoso Downs 

Race 10 - Misscandymountain was the runner-up in last year's Grade 1 Ruidoso Futurity
