C Z Rocket, who finished second in the Grade 3, $400,000 Steve Sexton Mile at Lone Star Park, lost a front shoe, trainer Peter Miller said Tuesday. The race was one of five stakes held Monday as part of Lone Star Million Day. 

The Sexton Mile was the richest, and C Z Rocket was the favorite on the strength of his recent stakes wins at Oaklawn. The race was run shortly after a  deluge. 

C Z Rocket is set to fly home to Southern California. His next-race options are to be discussed, said Miller.
