The New Mexico Racing Commission has approved a racing calendar for the state for 2022. The tracks will all conduct mixed meets, featuring races for Thoroughbreds and Quarter Horses.
Sunland Park was granted a 55-date meet from Dec. 31, 2021 through April 3, 2022.
SunRay Park was awarded 18 dates from April 22-May 29.
Ruidoso Downs will race 47 dates from May 27-Sept. 5.
The Downs at Albuquerque and State Fair Meet comprises 38 dates, from July 29-Sept. 25
Zia Park was granted a 48-date meet from Oct. 1-Dec. 20.
