Del Mar: Jose Ortiz to ride Mrs. Norris

Mrs. Norris (4) will be ridden by Jose Ortiz in Wednesday's fourth race. William Buick was briefly given the mount - and was named in the track program - but trainer Eoin Harty said Buick cannot ride because of a suspension in England. 

The suspension does not interfere with Buick's mounts in the Breeders' Cup this weekend.

Mrs. Norris is an 8-1 chance to win an optional claimer at a mile on turf for filliles and mares.
