First time starter His Time To Shine worth a stab?

(5) His Time to Shine has been working like he can run a bit and migth be worth taking a shot at if he stays at hix current 5-1 odds.

There doesn't appear to be any stars in this 6 1/2 furlong maiden special weight rac, and the 6-5 favorite, (2) Handsome Chef probably wants more distance.
