Jockey Kent Desormeaux won the first and last legs of the 50-cent pick five to move into fourth in the standings with 12 wins, 10 less than leader Evin Roman.

Desormeaux won the first race Trustworthy ($17) and the fifth with Red Lightning ($5.20). 

Desormeaux has two more mounts on the program - Tooreen Dancer (6) in the seventh race, an optional claimer on turf; and Beantown Boys (3) in the eighth race, an optional claimer on the main track.
