Del Mar: Theriot to undergo x-rays at hospital

Jockey Jamie Theriot, who was involved in a spill in Wednesday's fourth race, has been transported to a hospital in nearby La Jolla for precautionary x-rays, according to track stewards.

Theriot was aboard Secret Shopper, who suffered a fatal injury on the turn of a starter allowance at six furlongs.
