Sam Houston Race Park, which has not conducted simulcasting since Sunday due to the catastrophic flooding in Houston, will resume simulcasting at 10:30 a.m. Central on Thursday, according to a notice from the track.

Sam Houston has avoided severe damage in the flood and is even housing displaced horses. The track does not resume live racing until Janurary.
