Riden by Flavien Prat, his fourth win of the day, St Patrick's Day was always near the front and held off a late run from 3-1 Instilled Regard to win by a half-length.
St Patrick's Day ($3.60) was timed in 1:17.81. Owned by Susan Magnier, St Patrick's Day is trained by Bob Baffert, and was his third win of the program.
St Patrick's Day was second in his debut on Aug. 20, finishing behind stablemate Zatter, who is entered for Monday's Grade 1 Del Mar Futurity.
