Trainer Bob Baffert had a milestone Labor Day weekend at Del Mar, surpassing the late Mike Mitchell as the track's all-time leading trainer.

Baffert won three races on Saturday, and the second of those victories - with Solomini in day's fifth race - put him equal with Mitchell at 476 wins. Baffert moved to first on the all-time list when St Patrick's Day won Saturday's eighth race.

St Patrick's Day is a 2-year-old full-brother to American Pharoah, the 2015 Triple Crown winner.

Baffert added another winner when the 2-year-old Alluring Star ($11.80) won Sunday's sixth race for the trainer's 478th career win at the track.

Baffert has a chance to add more to his total when Show Me Da Lute (1) runs in the upcoming seventh race.
