WORLD APPROVAL (1) is the horse to beat in the Woodbine Mile. I can't knock anything about him other than his price - he's currently 7/5, and that feels like a ridiculous underlay against a field like this. I'm a huge fan of TOWER OF TEXAS (2), and I think he has a legitimate chance to win this race today. He was bottled up behind runners at the top of the lane in his most recent start before producing a belated run. The stretch back to a mile should work to his advantage, and I think he offers tremendous value. He's currently 10-1 with 16 minutes to post.
