The pick six had a meet-high payoff of $549,864 on Sunday when one winning tickets solved the tricky bet.
Track officials said the winning ticket was purchased for $80 at Northville Downs in Northville, Mich., just outside of Detroit.
The single ticket portion of the pick six began with a carryover of $368,281. Bettors added $279,915 on Sunday.
The winners of the pick six races were Van Cortlandt ($9.80), Beautiful Shot ($10), Skelton Pass ($5.60), Fast Pass ($29), Roman Tizzy ($5.60) and Pantsonfire ($6.80).
Skelton Pass, Roman Tizzy and Pantsonfire were favored. Two other short-priced favorites were beaten. Mourinho finished second behind Beautiful Shot in the Speakeasy Stakes. Fast Pass won the Horseshoe Starter Handicap, beating a field that included 3-5 favorite Out of Patience, who finished fourth.
Consolation tickets with five winners paid $534.
