For the first time, Santa Anita is offering rolling $1 super high five at this meeting on all races with eight or more betting interests.
The bet, requiring the selection of the first five finishers in order, was hit in the first race, but not the second race, resulting in a modest carryover of $1,657 for Tuesday's fourth race. The bet carried over from the second race after Kanthaka ($10.80) beat 50-1 Camby.
The super high five pool in Tuesday's second race was $2,172.
The bet will not be offered in the upcoming third race, which has six betting interests.
