Jockey Martin Pedroza will not ride this weekend after being involved in a fight with a valet in the jockey's room on Friday, according to steward Scott Chaney.
Pedroza took off his mounts on the advice of a doctor, Chaney said. He went to a hospital on Friday evening for a checkup after the incident.
The incident occurred midway through Friday's program. Pedroza was taken off his final two mounts on the program.
He was booked on two horses on Saturday.
In the fifth race, Geovanni Franco will ride Moon Juice (6). In the ninth race, Rajiv Maragh has been booked on Ebadan (8).
