The out-of-towners Daddys Lil Darling and New Money Honey have grabbed the attention of bettors for Saturday's Grade 1 American Oaks.

In very early action, Daddys Lil Darling (4) is the 9-5 favorite, a slight choice over New Money Honey at 2-1.

They are followed by Madam Dancealot (1) who is 5-1. The Ameircan Oaks is run for 3-year-old fillies at 1 1-4 miles on turf.

The distance suits all of those fillies, particularly New Money Honey who won the Belmont Oaks at 1 1-4 miles on turf in July, and is given the slighest nod over the accomplished Daddys Lil Darling.
