Jockey Rajiv Maragh is winless after his first 19 mounts of the meeting. That may be about to change.

In the fifth and sixth races, Maragh rides the morning-line favorites.

In the fifth race, Maragh rides Martin Riggs (3) in a $100,000 claimer for maidens at a mile on turf. This is the first race in which Martin Riggs will appear in a claimer, in his fifth start.

Maragh has an excellent chance in the sixth, judging from morning-line odds. He is booked to ride Candy Boss (1) in a $12,500 claimer for female non-winners of two at six furlongs. Candy Boss is dropping to her lowest class level.

Of the two, Martin Riggs has slightly more appeal. 

In the last race, Cee Sam's Girl (5) in a $30,000 claimer for maidens at a mile. Cee Sam's Girl is 15-1 on the morning-line.
