A fast track is anticpated for the Saturday card at Oaklawn, which features a stakes doubleheader with the running of the Spring Fever and Nodouble.
Oaklawn was able to upgrade its surface to fast for the first time in weeks on the tail end of Friday's card, for the eighth race. There was no preciptiation in the area overnight, and it is currently sunny and 39 degrees, according to The Weather Channel. There also is no precipitation in the forecast for the remainder of the day, with temperatures to move into the 60s.
