J.E.'s Handmedown ($37.20) fought off all comers in the stretch to win the $100,000 Nodouble, the first of two Saturday stakes at Oaklawn. Ramon Vazquez was aboard the winner, who covered six furlongs on a fast track in 1:10.47. The Nodouble was for 3-year-olds and up bred in Arkansas.
Elueterio Altamirano trains the winner for breeder-owner David Whited.
Five O One, the 2-5 favorite, finished third in the Nodouble.
