The $2 exacta (4-8) paid $852; the 50-cent tri (4-8-2) paid $1,688; and the dime super (4-8-2-9) was worth more than $3,100 as heavily favored FAVORABLE OUTCOME was nowhere to be found in the field of 10 older sprinters.
