Jockey Edgard Zayas on the un-placed La Manche has claimed a foul against the unofficial winner of the 12th race, Determinant alledging interference on the final turn.  It will be a tough call to make considering the camera angle at that point of the race and the fact there were two other horses involved in the incident. Guessing this will stay as is.
