First, Lizzie Kelly won a handicap chase on Coo Star Sivola on Tuesday.
Friday, Bridget Andrews won a handicap hurdle on 33-1 Mohaayed.
The two women are the first professional female jockeys to win races at the Cheltenham festival for hurdlers and chasers.
Andrews beat 23 rivals, including Spiritofthegames, who was ridden by her boyfriend, Harry Skelton, and finished in a dead-heat for fifth. Mohaayed and Spiritofthegames are trained by Skelton's brother, Dan, who stable has ridden in prominence in recent years.
Andrews, an apprentice, described the win as "unbelievable."
"That's my best moment in racing by a million percent," she said. "My horse has given me a dream ride."
The Andrews family already has a rich history at the Cheltenham festival. Bridget's sister won the 2017 Fukle Walwyn Kim Muir Chase for amateur riders, while her younger brother Jack rides Volnay De Thaix in the Foxhunter Chase for amateur riders later this afternoon.
