Thursday, jockey Joe Talamo's wife Elizabeth gave birth to the couple's second son, Dominic, who weighed in at seven pounds and an ounce.

Talamo had a winner on Friday with Cats Blame, and has an excellent chance in Satuday's fourth race on Trifecta (9).

Tained by Mike Puype, Trifecta has the outside post in a $25,000 claimer at 1 1-8 miles on turf. Trifecta won a $20,000 claimer at a mile on turf in his last start on Feb. 24, ending a six-race losing streak. Trifecta must beat Bourbon Soul (7), who was a troubled fourth in a restricted $32,000 claimer on March 31.
