Jockey Silvino Morales is off his mounts. He lost his pedals coming out of the gate in the first race aboard Dare Ren Gottwenty. He went over the rail when the horse veered in sharply and hit the rail going down the backstretch. He was sitting up when being driven off the track, but he has soreness in one of his hands and a headache.
