It has been absolutely pouring at Churchill Downs for the past hour and now a flash-flood warning is in effect for the area for the next three hours, close to post time for the Kentucky Derby.

The main track was muddy/sealed earlier. There's only one more race on the dirt, the upcoming Pat Day Mile, prior to the Derby. The turf looked pretty soft in the just-completed American Turf; it is rated good, but that seems sympathetic to the conditions here now.
