Zipping got his favorite surface after rain washed the afternoon's races off the turf to a sloppy main track and made the most of the opportunity, drawing away to an easy victory over Hy Riverside with the odds on favorite Kroy a tiring and very disappointing third in the featured 3rd race. Zipping has now won three of his five starts on wet track.  The 4-year-old son of Adios Charlie is owned and trained by Roger Laurin.  He paid $10.60.
