Jockey Gerardo Mora won five races on the seven-race card Wednesday at Louisiana Downs, his feat coming just a few days after jockey Joel Dominguez rode six winners on a seven-race card at the Bossier City, La., track. 

Mora won the first four races on the card, then picked up his fifth in the nightcap Wednesday. His winners all came for different trainers. 

Mora's winners were Inthetrappe ($3) in the first; Elcaballodelmanana ($9.40) in the second; Kilasa ($3) in the third; It's All Up to You ($5.60) in the fourth; and Rifle Man in the seventh ($4.60). 

Racing at Louisiana Downs resumes Saturday.
