Already 19 scratches from just an eight-race Belmont Park card, the mass defections mainly due to rain that has turned the main track sloppy and forced the scheduled grass races to be moved to dirt. Half the card - races 2,5,6,8 - was to have consisted of grass races and as one might imagine this is going to be a day of short fields:

Featured race 3, an F & M dirt-route allowance / opt claimer remains intact. Your Love, who has won all three of her Belmont starts, makes her 4-year-old debut here for trainer Chad Brown.
