New millionaire Pink Lloyd puts his 11-race win streak in local stakes on the line in the $100K Shepperton, an Ontario-sired tilt that he won last year under regular rider Eurico Da Silva.

Pink Lloyd figures to be a skimpy 1-10, but the 6 1/2-furlong sprint lured a decent supporting cast, headed by 2016 Shepperton victor Kingsport, who was supplemented after an optional event failed to go this week. Jacks Escarpment gave "Lloyd" a run for his money last August in the Kenora Stakes. Boreal Spirit might vie for the early lead with the imposing 2017 Horse of the Year. San Nicola Thunder and Lokinforpursemonee are scratched. No place or show betting.

Graced Lightning will try to extend his unbeaten streak on the grass to three races in the third, a one-mile optional starter. He will be competing beyond seven furlongs for the first time.

The Jackpot Hi 5 carryover is $47K.
