The filly Wonder Gadot zipped a half-mile in 47.55 seconds over the Saratoga main track Friday morning in preparation for a start against the boys in the Grade 1, $1.25 million Travers Stakes on Aug. 25.

I caught her in quarter splits of 23.76 seconds and 23.79 and had her galloping out five furlongs in 1:00.75.

With rain forecast for tonight and tomorrow morning, many trainers may move their works for next weekend's major stakes to this morning.
