Del Mar: Espinoza to ride Pastorelli

In Thursday's eighth race, apprentice jockey Assael Espinoza will replace apprentice Heriberto Figueroa on Pastorelli (4).

Figueroa was slighty injured in a fall in Wednesday's eighth race and is not riding this afternoon. Espinoza was available after Mr Classical was withdrawn earlier on Thursday. Figueroa cited a sore foot for taking off his mounts.

Both jockeys claim five pounds, so the weight is unchanged at 115 pounds.
