For the second consecutive day, and the seventh time at the summer meeting, there was one winning pick six ticket on Saturday, worth $130,850.

The winners of the pick six races were As a Rule ($145.80), Conquest Typhoon ($6.20), Catalina Cruiser ($2.40), Regal Born ($13.40), Kona Coast ($4.80) and Shirl's Ready ($11.20) who finished in a dead-heat in the ninth, and Noivo ($7.40).

Conquest Typhoon and Catalina Cruiser were favored. Consolation ticket with five winners paid $86.60. 

Del Mar has a single ticket jackpot provision for the pick six, hoping that multiple winners - or no winning ticket - will attract a massive carryover to draw bettors into the pool. So far at this meeting that has not happened. The single ticket winners have struck too often for a serious carryover to accumulate. 

There is a mandatory payout in the pick six on the closing day program on Sept. 3.
