Owning (7) has been withdrawn from Saturday's $100,000 Speakeasy Stakes for 2-year-olds at five furlongs on turf after developing a temperature, trainer Simon Callaghan said in a text message on race morning.

Owning was a 5-1 chance on the morning-line in a field of seven. The filly Mae Never No (3) is the 2-1 favorite on the morning-line in her turf debut.

Owning was seventh in the Del Mar Juvenile Turf on Sept. 2 in his grass debut.
