Two of the highlights of the meet share the spotlight at Hastings today. First up is the Grade 3, $100,000 Ballerina in Race 5 where Reginella and Notis the Jewell, who finished a nose apart in the Delta Colleen, are the main players again in the 1 1/8 miles race for fillies and mares.

Absolutely Stylish is the one to catch and beat in $100,000 Grade 3 Premier's for 3-year-olds and up. He will be going 11 furlongs for the first time, though, and his 177 Tomlinson Figure for the distance is a big concern. If he can't carry his speed the marathon distance it is anybody's race.

The track has moisture in it and is currently rated good.
