A pace-pressing Lookin to Strike (4-1) held off another Mark Casse charge, Curlin's Honor, in the final strides to capture the G3 Ontario Derby under Gary Boulanger.
The favored Mr Ritz was a flat third, and pacesetter Strike Me Down faded to fourth in the six-horse field of 3-year-olds.
Lookin to Strike covered the nine furlongs in 1:49.30.
