Trainer Andrew Lerner does not have a large stable in Southern California, but the last two months have been successful.

Sunday, Lerner, 29, won with his fifth runner in his last 20 starters when the 7-year-old mare If You Like It ($5.60) won a $6,250 claimer for fllies and mares at a mile by 2 3-4 lengths over 6-5 favorite Bridal Arch. This year, Lerner has won wth 7 of 51 runners, but the success has mostly come since the start of the Del Mar meeting in July.

Lerner's next runner is Powder in an allowance race with a $16,000 claiming option in Thursday's seventh race.
