Somewhat lost among the many highlights of the Breeders' Cup weekend was that Chad Brown, in winning a couple Breeders' Cup races, moved into a third-place tie with Aidan O'Brien among trainers by Breeders' Cup victories. That is striking stuff considering his first Breeders' Cup win came just 10 years ago when Maram won the Juvenile Fillies Turf. Only D. Wayne Lukas and Bob Baffert have won Breeders' Cup races.

Brown is only 39 years old.
