As expected, this is becoming a wet afternoon. A light rain has started to fall in the last 10 minutes.

As of now, all races scheduled for turf remain on the surface - the third, fifth, seventh and ninth. The third and ninth races are on the hillside turf course, the fifth is set for five furlongs and the seventh is at a mile.

The rain is not to be as severe as earlier in the week. Approximately a quarter-inch is expected today. We'll see.
