The second-time starter Ruby Bradley (3) wil race at a mile for the first time in Sunday's fifth race on turf.

Considering the way the 3-year-old filly ran in the final furlong of an eighth-place finish on Feb. 9, she may be one to back. What happened after the race is equally intriguing; Ruby Bradley galloped out strong going into the first turn.

Her dam, Sudden Sunday, was a five-time winner who won a maiden race at a mile on turf here in 2012. Ruby Bradley starts for trainer Phil D'Amato and is owned by breeder Nick Alexander.
