Santa Anita: Buckys Pick is 9th straight winning favorite

Buckys Pick ($7.80) prevailed by three-quarters of a length in Friday's first race, becoming the ninth consecutive winning favorite. Favorites won all eight races on Thursday.

Buckys Pick (Flavien Prat) held off 3-1 Artie B Good, the second choice.

The streak of winning favorites is likely to rely on Dulce Ride (5), who is 3-5 to win the second race with eight minutes to post.
