Delta Downs, which was forced to cancel Thursday night's card due to heavy rainfall, will make up for those lost races with a special card March 12, according to track officials. First post will be 1:10 p.m. Central. It will be the final card of the meet that was scheduled to close March 9.
Delta anticipates Friday night's card will go on as scheduled with the sun now out in Vinton, La., said track announcer Don Stevens.
