Santa Anita: Track cancels Thursday program

There will be no racing at Santa Anita on Thursday because of concern over inclement weather, the track announced on Sunday.

An eight-race program was drawn on Saturday for Thursday. A strong rain storm is expected in Southern California on Wednesday, with rain also expected on Tuesday.

Santa Anita lost a racing program in January because of excessive rain.
